WLS Recruitment are working in collaboration with our client based in South Tyneside
We are looking to recruit a number of experienced Market Research Agents who will conduct interviews on behalf of the Educational Sector, Our client is recruiting due to growth & business needs.
You will carry out research from students and ex-students through a number of questions and recording the information on a computerised system.

Experience Required
Excellent Customer Service Skills & Telephone manner
Self-Motivated – Target Driven
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Excellent attention to detail/Data Input Skills
- I.T Literate.
You will be required to complete a 3-hour trial with the client to demonstrate Customer Service Skills, this does require outbound calling however no sales are involved
Agents will be conducting Telephone Interviews/Surveys. Training is provided and support is available throughout your training period.
Working hours are 37 hours per week, shift patterns fall between the hours of 9am – 7pm Monday to Thursday.
You may be required to work Friday and Saturday to suit business demand
