WLS Recruitment Solutions Ltd are looking for an energetic and customer focused General Manager.
You will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, maintaining standards of service, sales strategy/analysis, recruitment, and staff training along with stock control.
It is essential any successful individual comes from an already established management background, with at least two year’s General Manager experience, within a bar/food environment.
Attention to detail is vital, along with the ability to inspire and motivate whilst driving the business forward.
The successful candidate will be involved in the following.

- High volume experience

- Compliance and financial understanding and control
- Delivery of impeccable standards and a natural flair for customer service
- Stock control ensuring maximum GP’s achieved
- Good knowledge of Health & Safety procedures
- Staff discipline and implementing company procedures
- Forward planning to ensure continued and measured progression within the hospitality sector
- Staff recruitment, training & development.
- Must have a personal license
