Were currently on the lookout for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our Engineering team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will work within a highly skilled team responsible for the effective management of resource to ensure that machinery, equipment, systems, and infrastructures run smoothly and reliably.

Duties.
Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to.
The management of direct reports including but limited to, recruitment, performance management, reward and recognition and training and development.
The allocation and prioritisation of technical resource to achieve operational goals and objectives.
Organising and delivering planned maintenance on-time
The achievement of KPI’s (including but not limited to; planned maintenance adherence and time spent on planned maintenance).
The prioritisation and close out of routine activities including but not limited to, ZIP audits, training compliance, layered audits, skill development and housekeeping audits.
Driving collaborative and cross functional working
The management of the engineering stores area for equipment and tools.
Self and direct report’s adherence to quality standards and requirements, including all QMS related items.
Self and direct reports’ adherence to all legal and safety requirements including BS7671 and Electrical safe systems of work.

Essential Requirements
CMI accreditation or equivalent
Recognised apprenticeship in relevant Mechanical or Electrical discipline.
ONC or equivalent level qualification
Industrial manufacturing or automotive relevant engineering experience.

Salary: £46,000.00 per year
